If you or someone you know is interested in earning your GED (General Education Diploma), the library has two programs available. One is a GED class that meets twice a week at the library on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm. Classes and all study materials are free.
The other option is a “Distance Learning” program. There is a teacher available at the library on Tuesday evenings from 4:30 – 7:30 pm to discuss your progress and assist as needed. The teacher also stays in touch with you by telephone and can assist with any problems you may be having while working for your GED.
