Mission
Statement

The mission of the Community Free Library is to see that the community of Holley and its surrounding towns are provided with effective, expanding, and free library service.
We, the Library Board of Trustees, believe that the mission of this library is in accordance with the New York State Education Law and the Board of Regents in that the library will:
1. Serve the community as a general center of reliable information
2. Provide opportunity and encouragement for people of all
ages to educate themselves continuously3. Assemble, preserve, organize, and administer collections of books and other materials possessing cultural, educational, historical, and informational value and:
4. Promote the public use of library materials through programming, advertising, and a commitment to outstanding service
