Letter to the Community

An open letter from the Holley Community Free Library Board of Trustees

Dear Friends,

Once again, the Holley Community Free Library needs your support in the May budget vote. The Library Board has worked diligently to contain costs and is not asking for an increase this year.

We are continuing with the popular Preschool Story Hour and the annual New York State Summer Reading Program. Our adult reading group is growing and meets throughout the year.

The GED classes and basic literacy programs are important for our community. We continue to offer many other services and programs from books on tape to searching genealogy.

Library information is readily available on our web site www.holleylibrary.org which was funded through a grant. Another grant has allowed us to upgrade out computers, printers, and software.

We appreciate the support of our devoted patrons and volunteers. We encourage more people to visit the library and use its resources. We also encourage your input or suggestions for improving our services to the community.

We hope to have your support in the budget vote May 17.

Sincerely,
Library Board of Trustees
